Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various sales strategies.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business success.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide clients with product demonstrations and detailed explanations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Mandatory Requirements & Skills:
- Candidate should be within 60 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate.
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
