Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring their professional development and performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, procurement officers, and medical professionals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance brand positioning.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Mastery of English (Written and verbal)
  • Advanced Excel skills and Word formatting knowledge
  • Adobe Acrobat Skills 
  • Fast computer skills 

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the healthcare/ Medical equipment industry.

Required Educational Qualification:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
