Can I get feedback from my previous managers?

Yes! You can request feedback and reviews from your past managers, and they can leave positive comments and endorsements directly on your profile.

Can I Choose what review my manager will post on my profile?

Yes, you can draft your own review and ask your manager to approve it.

Is my profile secure?

Yes, CollarCheck ensures the security and privacy of your profile. Only verified and trusted users can access your data.

You can invite them to join collar-check once you add them to your employment history

Can my previous employer write a review about me

Employers can only write a review about you when you are currently working with them or until 72 hours of you leaving the organisation on collarcheck

Can my employer edit my review after posting?

Yes your employer can only edit your review upto a maximum of 3 times or 72 hours whichever is higher.

Can I or my employer delete a review posted?

No, once a review is posted your employer can delete it. If you feel that a review posted by your employee is wrong you can appeal with a collar check.

Can I use CollarCheck to apply for jobs?

Yes, CollarCheck helps you connect with potential employers, and your verified profile will allow them to see your qualifications directly.

Can everyone see my salary?

No, only employers can view your salary with your approval. Employers must request access to your salary, and once approved, they can view it for 72 hours. After that, they will need to request approval again.

How is the data verified?

The data is uploaded on collar check by employees and then verified by employers

Can I filter candidates based on their work history or reviews?

No! You can only review your current employees based on their abilities and work ethics.
