Performance Marketing Executive

Position/Job Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth through various digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, and passionate about maximizing marketing performance across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Taboola, and other third-party advertising platforms.

·        Work closely with our designers, copywriters, and content strategists to produce conversion-optimized creatives, landing pages, and hooks.

·        Own the entire ad funnel — from detailed audience research and segmentation to campaign setup, testing, and optimization.

·        Develop data-driven media plans aligned with business goals and budget allocations.

·         Analyze KPIs and performance data regularly to improve CPA, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.

·         Collaborate with the growth, client servicing, and product teams to align campaign messaging and deliver measurable business impact.

·        Keep up-to-date with evolving trends, tools, platform updates, and compliance policies across Meta, Google, and other ad ecosystems.

Experience: 3+ years of experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, You Tube Taboola, and other native/third-party platforms.

Salary: 3-6 Lakhs

Job Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Qualifications & Skills Required:

·        Candidate should be within 60 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate.

·        Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, Hotjar, and other ad performance tools.

·        Strong understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, lookalike audiences, keyword strategy, and funnel building.

·        A/B testing skills with a sharp eye for optimizing creatives, copy, and landing pages.

·        Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site setup.
