Job Description

1. Revenue Generation and Sales Targets:

  • Achieving Sales Quotas: Consistently meeting or exceeding pre-determined sales targets and quotas.
  • Driving Revenue Growth: Contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company by closing deals and increasing sales.
  • Generating New Business: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. 

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Building Strong Relationships: Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensuring clients are satisfied with the company's products or services and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Account Management: Managing existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, and retaining clients. 

3. Sales Process and Management:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Identifying potential leads and qualifying them to ensure they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
  • Presentation and Negotiation:
  • Delivering compelling product or service presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • CRM Management:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. 

4. Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Working with Internal Teams:
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to achieve sales goals.
