Position/Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales position. This esteemed role's responsibility involves formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to stimulate revenue growth and facilitate market expansion. The incumbent must demonstrate effective leadership skills, business insight, and construct high-functioning sales teams. • The Head of Sales will engage intimately with our top management to synchronize sales strategies with the company's overarching business objectives. • This significant role demands an individual with deep sales knowledge, exceptional managerial skills, and a knack for driving business growth. • It involves working cohesively with other senior executives to align overarching business objectives with sales strategies, while also fostering a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

·        Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.

·        Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

·        Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

·        Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment.

·        Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.

·        Oversee the sales budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.

·        Train and mentor sales personnel to enhance skills and productivity.

·        Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.



Mandatory Requirements & Skills:


·        Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.

·        Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·        Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Proficiency in software and sales analytics tools.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

·        Knowledge of domestic/international sales and market expansion strategies.

·        Strong networking abilities and industry connections.
