Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections and tests on Under-production/finished products to ensure compliance with client's specifications.
- Use various measuring tools and equipment to assess product dimensions, functionality, and performance.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Document inspection results, including measurements, observations, and any deviations from standards.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement areas.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate
- Must own a vehicle because This position requires occasional travel to production sites or client locations.
- Should be open for domestic and international travel
Key Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality inspection/Control, preferably within the healthcare/ Medical equipment industry.
Required Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science)
- B.Tech/B.E. (Bachelor of Technology/Engineering) in Electrical Engineering
- M.Tech/M.E. (Master of Technology/Engineering) in Engineering or Biotechnology
- Specialization in Biomedical Engineering
