5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Enforcing compliance with all safety protocols.
• Conducting regular safety drills and risk assessments.

6. Maintenance & Asset Management

• Overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Ensuring machinery uptime and asset longevity.
• Managing spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.

7. Process Improvement & Innovation

• Driving lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
• Implementing automation and digital tools where applicable.
• Encouraging innovation and tech adoption for better output.

8. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

• Ensuring adherence to labor laws, pollution control norms, and industry standards.
• Coordinating with regulatory bodies for inspections and certifications.
• Maintaining all necessary records and documentation.

9. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

• Balancing raw material inventory with production needs.
• Coordinating with procurement and logistics for smooth operations.

10. Stakeholder Communication
