  • Organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Measuring and improving employee satisfaction scores.
  • Implementing retention strategies for key talent.

4. Training & Development

  • Identifying skill gaps and training needs.
  • Designing and delivering training programs.
  • Monitoring training effectiveness and ROI.

5. Performance Management

  • Ensuring timely goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Aligning employee performance with business objectives.
  • Supporting managers with performance improvement plans.

  • Identifying high-potential employees.
  • Developing internal talent pipelines.
  • Facilitating promotions and role transitions.

10. Culture & Diversity

  • Promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Driving DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.
  • Monitoring workplace climate and addressing concerns.
