Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate preparation and follow-up.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize travel itineraries, flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare travel expense reports and reconcile travel costs.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as needed.
  • Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings with all necessary materials.
  • Handle office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure the executive’s workspace is functional and organized.
  • Oversee confidential filing systems and manage sensitive information discreetly.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate
  • Mastery of English (Written and verbal)
  • Advanced Excel skills and Word formatting knowledge
  • Adobe Acrobat Skills 
  • Fast computer skills 

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Required Educational Qualification:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.

Salary: No bar for the right candidate

Work location: Punjabi Bagh Delhi
