Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

�� Credit Management & Risk Assessment

· Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize risk.

· Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial data.

· Set credit limits and payment terms for clients.

�� Collections & Debt Recovery

· Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.

· Follow up on overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and escalate issues when necessary.

· Coordinate with legal teams on debt recovery actions when required.

�� Process & System Improvements

· Implement best practices and automation tools to improve efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

· Work closely with finance and sales teams to streamline credit control processes.

�� Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare regular reports on aging debt, collections performance, and bad debts.

· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

�� Team Management

· Lead and mentor the credit control team to improve performance.

· Provide training and development to ensure team effectiveness.

Experience:  6-10years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable management.

Salary: 8-10 Lakhs

Job Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

 

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate.

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in accounting/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

· Knowledge of credit laws, compliance, and debt recovery procedures.
